Jewellery has always been my passion, but the ocean is what truly transformed my craft.
After earning a BA Honours degree in Contemporary Jewellery from the University of Creative Arts, UK, I launched my jewellery business in 2012, crafting designs that reflected my love for artistry and ancient jewellery techniques. But in 2018, after meeting my partner, I made the life-changing decision to move to Australia’s Gold Coast - a leap that meant rebuilding my business from the ground up. While daunting, it became an opportunity to evolve.
The defining moment was snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef - an experience that was both breathtaking and humbling. I was in awe of its beauty, yet fully aware of its vulnerability.
This lead me to my most recent collections, creating one-of-a-kind and small-batch jewellery that supports the Great Barrier Reef Foundation with every sale, inspired by marine life and the intricate textures of the shoreline. Each piece is handcrafted in recycled precious metals and set with ethically sourced gemstones, including Australian sapphires - ensuring that luxury and sustainability go hand in hand.
For me, sustainability isn’t just a principle - it’s a responsibility. Knowing that I'm helping to protect the very ecosystems that inspire my work is what makes my soul sing. More than jewellery, my designs are future heirlooms that honour the reefs' endurance while reminding us of their need for protection.
