Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from Rhia Jewellery. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

All jewellery is handmade and one-of-a-kind or produced in small batches. Slight variations in design and finish are natural and reflect the handcrafted nature of each piece.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change without notice.

Custom pieces are made to order and require a consultation to finalise design, materials, and size.
Once confirmed, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Estimated production time will be provided but may vary depending on complexity.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate ring size before ordering.
Professional sizing is recommended. A ring sizer can be purchased for $5, which will be deducted from the final purchase if a ring is ordered.
Engagement rings purchased as a surprise should be estimated as best possible eg. using an existing ring worn on a similar-sized finger.
A $50 resizing fee applies for adjustments greater than one full size up or down. Excessive resizing can weaken the jewellery, so accuracy is essential.

Orders are shipped via a tracked postal service. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Rhia Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred.

Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery, returns are only accepted for faulty items.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, but exchanges may be possible in certain cases. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss.
If an item arrives damaged, contact Rhia Jewellery within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

All jewellery is crafted with high-quality recycled metals and ethically sourced gemstones. Proper care is required to maintain its longevity.
Jewellery should be removed before strenuous activities, exposure to chemicals, or swimming in saltwater or chlorinated pools.
Natural tarnishing of silver or wear over time is not considered a fault.
If an issue arises due to a craftsmanship defect, please contact Rhia Jewellery within 6 months of purchase for assessment. Repairs due to wear and tear may incur a fee.

Any personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing and shipping orders.
Your details will never be shared with third parties.
